Blueberry Crescent Breakfast Bake

A couple of weekends ago, I came across this recipe on Facebook and HAD to try it! It had all the makings for a great Sunday morning breakfast around here.

On Sundays, I like quick, easy and sweet.

Here's what you'll need:

Crescent Rolls
8 oz Cream Cheese
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup of Blueberries

What you'll do:

Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease an 8x8 pan.
Unroll and separate crescent rolls, placing them in your pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended well. Add in both eggs and milk, mix well.
Spread blueberries on top of  crescents.

Pour cream cheese mixture on top.

Bake for 35- 40 minutes or until crescents are golden brown.

Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

We both love any and everything blueberry so this was right up our alley! It took no time to throw together and then baked while we were getting ready for church.

Such a yummy treat to add to our Sunday morning breakfast list!!

This would be a great dish to make for a brunch, to take to a neighbor, or make a pan to take into your children's school one morning for their teachers to enjoy!

Have a wonderful weekend!!
